Directly after graduating from the UNH Whittemore School of Business and Economics in 2003, HIRETIDE founder, Ted Mottola joined a respected technical recruiting firm, and quickly ascended to become the company’s top performer year over year. 

He has over 15 years of overseeing both recruiting and client development, excelling at both. Ted’s plugged into this fast paced industry and his keen eye for detail, universal likability and deep connections make him consistently sought after by clients and job seekers. 

Ted’s love of the ocean and his never ending drive to keep raising the bar higher comes together in HIRETIDE. As HIRETIDE grows he envisions a future of collaborating with and motivating a diverse team of nimble recruiters. Outside of HIRETIDE you’ll find Ted enjoying time with his family or traveling (50+ countries so far). As a NH seacoast native, even while living abroad twice (Australia and Spain), he’s never been too far from the ocean where he draws inspiration, peace and a feeling of unlimited potential.
